From May 12 onwards, OpenAI has provided ChatGPT Plus subscribers with a range of third-party plugins. A new plugin has been added to the system almost every day, serving diverse purposes. As there are now numerous plugins available, we aim to bring some order to the selection by presenting each plugin by category in a series of articles. At this time, we are looking for suitable tools that help in keyword research, content optimization, and website management; in summary, these are ChatGPT SEO Plugins.
The Keyword Explorer plugin is a tool designed to assist with content optimization, particularly in the context of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing. It works by suggesting related keywords based on the leading topic of the content. You can use the chatbot response to enhance your content, by incorporating the suggested keywords into your text, improve its visibility on search engines and reach a wider audience.
How it works
- You provide a main keyword. This could be a term or phrase that is central to the content you’re creating or optimizing. Example: “List related keywords for leading topic “Big Data.” Check out the response here.
- The Keyword Explorer plugin then generates a list of related keywords. these are terms or phrases that are closely associated with your main keyword based on search engine data and other sources.
Conclusion
To be honest, this plugin is quite simple, and you will not really get more than asking GPT4 for keyword suggestions for the same leading word. Using the exact same phrase, GPT4 made 50 suggestions, while Keyword Explorer only made 9. Perhaps it can also be mentioned that those 9 answers can be used as a paragraph header title as is, while ChatGPT’s response was just words. Since it does not manage sensitive data, it is not necessary to talk about data management, although it could not be, because it does not have its own website or external service. This is purely ChatGPT Plugin.
